We ship throughout Italy within 24/48 hours, and shipping is free for orders over 70€.

For shipments within Italy, select 'Spedizione in Italia' (Italy Shipping) at checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated directly at checkout. For orders over 70€, shipping is free throughout Italy.

Additionally, we offer local pickup directly at our headquarters within 24 hours of placing the order.

To avoid additional costs, if the delivery address is within 10km of our headquarters in Monza, local delivery is free with no minimum order, and we will bring it to you directly.

For shipments outside of Italy, enter your country at checkout and select 'Resto del mondo' (Rest of the World) to view rates and conditions.

Every shipment is entrusted to a reliable express courier; we use SDA.

Your order will be shipped in eco-friendly and plastic-free packaging.

Returns are free; to learn how to return your order, visit the returns management page. Regardless of the selected shipping method, check your phone and/or email for updates on the delivery.


 


Free returns for orders over 70€, applicable to all clothing products and accessories.

If your order doesn't meet your satisfaction, no problem! You have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us at info@anthem.it to discuss your return.

We value discouraging returns to minimize unnecessary emissions and pollution. The returned product will be reintegrated into availability, unless defective, to avoid material and waste wastage.

To proceed with your return, we only need the order number (found in the order confirmation email) and information about the product(s) you want to return. We will then send you the return label to affix to the package, and after coordinating with you on the day and time of the pickup, we will contact the courier. For orders under 70€, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Note: In the event that you are not available at the agreed-upon location, day, and time, and if not communicated promptly and in advance, the courier's cost for the unsuccessful delivery will be at your expense.

PRODUCTS

From the moment of delivery, you are responsible for the condition of the products. Products must be intact, undamaged, unworn, and unstained. Ensure they do not carry the scent of smoke, perfume, deodorant, or detergent. Do not wash the products in any way, and be careful not to damage them when trying them on. Your returned product will be put back on sale, so handle it with care.

PACKAGING

Products must be in the packaging they were in when you received them, including labels and any other possible components. The packaging is an integral part of the product.

PROCEDURE

To request return authorization, send an email to info@anthem.it specifying the order number and the products for which you want to request a return.

After agreeing on the address, date, and time for the pickup by our courier, we will contact them to schedule the appointment according to the agreements made.

Once your return is delivered to us, we will proceed to replace the product with one of your choice or refund you through a voucher of the value of the returned product. Cash refunds are not provided.
